  The service here is terrible. The employee wouldn’t even make eye contact when taking our order. We asked for the bathroom code and she came up with several excuses not to give it to us. The food was prepared with the same poor attitude she showed throughout the 10 minutes we were there. If you’re hungry, do yourself a favor and stay away. If you’re the owner — time to hire someone else.

  It was a terrible experience with my order. I sometimes ask for sauce on the side, but the staff , who did not have a name label on her shirt, said, "No, I cannot give you any extra. You should added it to your order." When I said I could pay for it, she replied, "No, sir," and then said something in Spanish that made me feel uncomfortable.

  I have been a walk in customer for a year. Was turned away because the bread they had was for upcoming online orders (not current). And they had no bread made for walk in customers. Instead of sitting there an making an online order I left. A slap in the face to someone who has been coming to this location for a long time. Will not be returning. I suggest going to the Hollister location instead.

  Yep they are, I ordered online and happened to get there before it was finished seeing them adding a sauce I did not want told them I unchecked that in the app add chose an other the manager Reyna told me it comes with that I said I am checked it can't you just make me another one she said no and so did he so I was forced to take it cuz I already paid for it online horrible customer service and Her being the manager I thought she would be able to fix well she's just unhospitable as he was. So they either own that franchise or they don't care about their jobs
