  It hurts my soul spending over 20$ just to get sick, I just bought 2 foot longs meat mall sandwiches and they were both not cooked the meat balls tasted like it's made for dogs it didn't seem cooked at all no flavor like if the juice it's has been there for weeks, i still have this sour aftertaste in my mouth that will not go away

  Terrible franchised location. They wont honor national subway promotions, and they wont let customers use their restrooms, saying theyre broken. Sad because it is a very attractive and new location. Definitely skip ans go to next closest one though.

  I went in today to get 2 foot longs today I had a gift card they pretended the scanner did not work I asked if they can manually punch my gift card they stated that they can’t I had to use another method I asked can I have number to corporate they said it’s franchise and that I had to call number on the door I did and it’s to a cell phone that’s going straight to voicemail not only that every time I go one of the ladies have a nasty attitude even when you ask questions it’s like she never want to answer I will not be visiting her again and strongly advise not to go here if you do not want to be disappointed

  Rolled here on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 1215 pm. I was worried it was already going to be packed with a lunch rush. Nope! Not a soul in the store. This should've been the first hint. Then the guy behind the counter is breaking down boxes or something and gives us the stink eye. This is when I should've left, but no, me and my son were gluttons for punishment today. My son gets a basic sandwich. No veggies, so no big deal. Next comes mine. I want provolone cheese. Nope, American or Pepper Jack. Tomatoes and onions. Nope, not today! At least they had mayo. Son goes to get a soda. Both diet sodas are out. Kid has to have diet soda because he is diabetic and is already going to use a ton of insulin for lunch. My son tells the guy. He seriously looks at my son likes he's crazy. Next he goes and checks them. Sure enough, they are out. DUH! Didn't we already tell you this. Luckily he allowed us to switch it out for a bottled soda. Never again will I go back there. How, as a sandwich shop, do you not have all the things to make the proper sandwiches? It boggles my mind! Ya, don't go here.

  If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I stopped at subway on our way home tonight. We arrived at 10:14pm and they aren’t supposed to close until 11pm. The two employees there had the door locked, covered the times on the outside of the doors with marker and refused to serve anyone saying they were closed. We are upset, we go to this subway often because we live in the neighborhood and it has never been closed early on a Saturday. We were not the only customers to arrive and expect service. Another gentleman showed up with an active mobile order snd they were refusing to serve him as well. It’s absolutely insane to me, I would assume until 11pm people will be showing up expecting food and being disappointed.
