  I went into this location today and I believe the store manager was handling a pretty difficult situation with a hostile customer not only did this lady start an argument and hold up the line during a busy lunch rush, but she proceeded to sit in the restaurant after getting her food and take pictures of the manager, the manager, the whole time maintained a professional demeanor while this lady harassed her

  Will NEVER visit this location again. We’ve had several issues there in the past. Thought I’d try one more time. NOPE! Walked in and sat down to place my order thru the Subway app. No one acknowledged my presence. Most companies at least say hello when a customer walks in. By the way, I was the only customer in there the entire time I was there. When I received my order, I noticed that mine was wrong. I did not order mayo. My sandwich looked like it had EXTRA mayo on it. I went to the counter and had to wait for the staff to come out from the back. Told her my order was wrong and she said it wasn’t. She pulled up the order form and said it says mayo. I thought perhaps that I had made a mistake so I went back to my table. I pulled out the receipt and sure enough, it did NOT say Mayo. My child mentioned that their sandwich was wrong, too, plus, very salty. I took both sandwiches back up to the counter. Again, had to wait for the staff member to come out because she was in the back. I tried showing her the receipt to prove that my order was wrong. She refused to look at it. Kept saying that she fulfilled the order correctly using the receipt that her computer gave to her. She was rude and argumentative. Made zero effort to fix the issue or to try to make a customer happy. Though I remained calm and polite, I was livid. I knew there was no use in dealing with her anymore and would just go through corporate. I ended up throwing both sandwiches away. When I got into my car, I also looked on my app at my order. Like my receipt, lit was correct, too. She was in the wrong. I have contacted corporate, via an IA bot, of course. Hope I hear back from them soon.

  Pésimo servicio, del chico, tarda demasiado haciéndo un sanduche, si está trabajando no debería usar / tocar el teléfono, asqueroso.

  Awful service. The older woman behind the counter could not figure out how to apply my discount. After calling the manager, she assured me that the discount was applied. It wasn't. She then had to call the manager back to give me my refund. Messed that up by refunding the guest before me. When I pointed that out, she had to call the manager again. She then tried to only refund half my order. No ma'am. Refund it all please.
