  I believe her name is Heidi at this location, but she has great customer service. Very fast & knows how to multitask very well too. 😌🙌🏽

  I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 9:55. I arrived early at 9:49, and not only was my order not ready, it hadn’t even been started—even though there was no one else in the store. I then had to stand there and wait several minutes before my order was even begun. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering online. I could have just walked in and ordered in person and gotten the same (or better) service. To make matters worse, while eating my food, I found a hair in it. I am bald, so it definitely wasn’t mine. That’s unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Experiences like this are exactly why I choose to go elsewhere. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both your service and quality control.
