  Came in a week ago with a coworker at 2pm and They we’re pretty much out of everything, The kid behind the counter didn’t have an explanation why.. Could’ve cared less,Why bother being open?!?! We obviously Left .. Ugh!!!

  It’s currently 8:06am and the doors are locked. The lights are off. They are not opening on time at 8:00am according to their store hours. Very inconvenient and a waste of my time waiting for them to open!

  Lady making my sandwich was not helpful at all. I had a rewards and she wouldn’t process it. Didn’t even try to help.

  No one at the counter for the first 3 minutes that I was in the establishment, 0835 am - then attendant appeared from the back on her cell phone. No “hello” or acknowledgment that I was standing there waiting to order. When I said hello good morning she mouthed “manager” and pointed at her phone. When she was ready to take my order, she did not understand any part of my order. I had to pull the menu up on my phone and show a picture . I asked for a breakfast sandwich, ham and eggs and cheese. The experience was a 0 out of 10, I do not recommend this Subway and I will not be returning.

  I placed a mobile order around 3:10pm 03/01/2026 and came in to pick it up. The employee behind the counter already seemed to have an attitude from the start. The restroom was locked, so I went back up to the counter to ask if she could unlock it. She kept ignoring me at first. When she finally acknowledged me, she said “Sir, give me a second” in a really nasty tone. After that, she continued helping everyone in line, including people who came in after me, while I was just standing there waiting. All I needed was for her to unlock the restroom. I was a paying customer, and I genuinely needed to go because of a medical condition. I didn’t feel comfortable explaining that out loud in front of a line of customers who were about to eat. I waited as long as I could, but she still never unlocked it. I ended up having to leave and rush to a nearby gas station to use their restroom. It was embarrassing and honestly unnecessary. I understand being busy, but there’s no reason to ignore someone or speak to them like that. I just expect basic respect when I come in as a customer.
