  First time in this store I went at approximately 11:30 am two guests were in front of me and the two ladies in charge don’t have a clue about service they were rude in a bad mood like they were just there for the check telling customers they can’t make no substitutions even at xtra charge one lady said to me that if I didn’t like the way she works to get the hell out of the store this sucks maybe management should let her know customers pay his check

  I’m so upset so I got two turkey foot long special of the day with chips and a drink at $9.99 each . When I got to work I looked at the receipt and seen they charge me $25.96 so I’m looking at my receipt and they put a charge for a tip of $4.33 and didn’t say nothing about it !! Not right at all !!!!! I thought tip was optional I guess not !!!

  Rude service. I ask moment drive thru the lady scream to pull up window making people indoor look out. That’s bad customer service.

  Una de las señoras que trabaja el day shift no tiene paciencia para atender a los clientes. Es muy descortés y hasta me trato de “vieja maldita” solo por el simple hecho de que no estaba entendiendo bien mi orden. Gente así no debería trabajar en estas cadenas, ya que dañan la imagen de la empresa en su totalidad.

  I went into the store location to purchase a meal of the day for however I was very disappointed with the service I did but didn't receive,First I wasn't greeted when walking into the business,I waited some time for the staff to rap up helping other customers next I was being helped by a young Hispanic male who was dressed like he was at night club, Multiple gold chains,a oversized blingy watch,gold teeth in his mouth that was preventing him to speak clearly,I asked for my sub to be toasted and once out the toaster He was speaking to another employee on how to clean the bathroom I'm assuming the other member was new, However when he asked what other toppings did I want on my sandwich I asked for spinach and He responded with we got lettuce and I said NO I WANT SPINACH so he opened a smaller divider where the spinach was and dropped like 4 or 5 pieces on my sandwich so I asked for more next week went to the tomatoes he placed 2 on my sandwich So I asked if he could add another and his response with and attitude was WE HAVE A LIMIT i responded Oh really well how about we don't even worry about the sandwich and I proceeded to leave I was very hungry and very upset bcus I have been eating subway for over 14 years I nearly ate subway through out my whole 2nd pregnancy and I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD SUCH, I'm not sure if he was just saying that because he didn't want to restock due to it being almost time to go home but whatever the reason was I found that very RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for a subway team member I don't think I will ever spend my hard earned $ at that store again!!!
