  I couldn't enjoy my 6 inch. I asked for it toasted and its so hard. Can't even bite into it. The girl let the toaster beep 3 times. Her name stats with D. Guess she new. She needs to learn to get the sandwich out on the 1st beep.

  terrible customer service by the manager! I placed my order on the app and when went to pick it up, 1 sandwich from BOGO was missing. I asked her about it and she replied that I had to order 2 sandwiches for the BOGO coupon to work! and the sandwich that she had made for me was not what I wanted! She clearly didn’t seem to care and refuse to offer me any assistance regarding fixing my sandwich! she said that I ordered it online and she made it and that’s it! very negative and rude customer service from the manager! I will complain to the corporate office as well!

  So I paid for extra protein on the subway app and requested that the order I get extra protein for pepperoni and not turkey. This is the only spot that doesn’t do it. I didn’t ask for double meat for both turkey and pepperoni literally on my order request said “double protein for pepperoni not turkey” I even put it in Spanish so there wouldn’t be a mixup and they have the nerve to say I didn’t pay for it. I DID! Do not order from here these guys are stingy can’t do basic requests.

  I ordered online from this Subway, and honestly this location is a mess. They were out of almost everything I selected, but I went ahead and ordered a sandwich with what was supposedly available. When I arrived, the two boys working there told me they didn’t have the bread I picked and also couldn’t give me a refund because the manager wouldn’t be in until tomorrow. My daughter and I were starving, so I told him to just make it with whatever bread they did have. I also said I would be speaking to the manager. Suddenly he “found” the exact bread I originally ordered way in the back. I truly feel like he was saving it for himself. Same thing with the chips I was told they were out, but somehow one bag appeared from the back after I asked again. This location is always out of items and it’s dirty on top of that. The worst part: after I sat down to eat with my daughter, the employee literally stood hidden by the wall and stared at me. I even asked him what he was looking at, and he just kept staring. It was extremely uncomfortable. We ended up eating in the car because of how creepy the whole situation felt.
