  I don't know the situation at the moment. Nevertheless there was only one employee by the name of Felicia who handled not only walkin orders but online delivery orders as well. She handled everything successfully and accommodated everyone in a timely manner. This young lady needs help and needs to be awarded.

  The employee here is behaving incredibly badly never smiles and is very unfriendly. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend eating anything here. The food and everything else felt stale and not fresh.

  I’m never coming to this location again! Very rude service. The Hispanic lady couldn’t tell me if there was a bathroom. I thought it was an employee only area because there was a key pad code. When I asked her, she shooed me off & said she wasn’t on the clock & to ask the manager. The black lady working who I guess was the manager had a really bad attitude. I asked for the code to the restroom when I read the restroom sign on the door & she abruptly said it’s open. I placed an online order & I went up to tell her I wrote I wanted it toasted. She got mad & threw the sandwich in the trash. She said there’s an option on the app to have it toasted. There was not, I looked multiple times. When I got my sandwich I had to wait a while for her to acknowledge I was back in line to ask for a water cup. Before I could ask she was condescending & said, “what was wrong with your sandwich?” I said, I just want a water cup & she said she doesn’t have any when they were right behind her. Every fast food place has water cups, I even worked at subway before & currently work at another food establishment & giving a cup for water is never an issue. This place needs better management.

  Acabo de venir son las 9:57 , realmente desconocia a Que horas cerraban no sabia Que a las 10pm , Estuve en mi carro tratando de resolver un asunto de mi tarjeta, para poder pagar ,cuando entre de inmediato la señora me dijo solo tengo salami y pepperoni tratando de no hacer un problema para Ella porque la vi algo apurada le dije esta bien , a lo cual Ella me respondio “ pero apurese porque ya voy a cerrar , ya ratos la estoy esperando “ en un Tono muy prepotente, sin pensarlo le dije no tranquila y me retire de el lugar , comprendo totalmente lo Que es trabajar en la industria de la comida y se lo frustrante Que puede ser , al final de eso recibimos nuestro Pago de lo Que el cliente consume, mi intencion nunca fue ser una molestia para la señora, pero totalmente Ella me hizo sentir Que lo era con su actitud repugnante.

  Un super mal trato de parte de la morena ,tiene una arrogancia y una mala forma increíble,ni siquiera hice mi pedido de lo mal que mi hizo sentir,recomiendo que no vallan nunca ahí,no se para que trabaja con público si ni va a poner de su parte
