Most experiences during dinner time or opening time are fine, but this is my first time coming for lunch and it’ll probably be my last
- MLMarcela LunaApr 4, 20261.0Horrible experience every time, with an attendant named Dena, she has the worst attitude ever. Also, she does not even bother to read the simple instructions for the online order, which are: Please pack the 2 meals in separate bags, and replace the chips with Hot Cheetos as these are not an option on the app. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she was having a bad day, but I was wrong. It was the same poor service every time 6 weeks in a row that my son’s track season lasted. She got annoyed every time I switched the chips, or asked for napkins and another bag, because I had to separate the orders myself (going to different schools) and the bag ripped from the multiple staples. Very unprofessional.
