- DBDavid BellApr 4, 20261.0In decades of going to subway i never had a complaint til today. Literally a customer for decades and at this location I got a tuna sandwich but the bread was very hard. I toasted but the bread was crunchy. Seems like I got leftover bread from yesterday. I've never had this happen to me before at a subway. Plus one of the ladies made me wait deliberately. There was two people as there usually are but she just looked at me and started to help her coworker instead of helping me. Kept looking at me. So maybe 5 minutes later she helps me, this being more than 10 min I e been in a short line. But day old bread? Was far from fresh. I'm at home and transferring ingredients onto normal bread. Very disappointing. Go to any location but this one. They don't care about you here. I was cheated and treated wrong. Will tell all my friends about this location

I ordered In Spanish which wasn’t a problem, I come to check out and she had to call someone to get them to tell her how to ring it up. Then I get home to eat my two protein pockets and this is what they look like. I will say, the lady was very nice and pleasant and I do not blame her for this, but how does someone leave an employee that cannot communicate or ring up an order alone to work by herself.

She act like she did not want to be at work today and she’s lied my cookies across the counter when I ask her cause sge warmed them up because they looked old. When she got the woman them up, she slid them across the counter instead of pudding them in the bag.Will not be returning here at all
