  I went in and ordered 2 footlongs she got one wrong her co worker tried explaining it to her but the real issue is that she was coughing nonstop did not have on a mask I asked her if she was sick she said YES I was grossed out did not get the food

  Not one person working at this location speaks English. On top of that, my meal last night gave me food poisoning.

  Employees barely understand instructions in English it’s a nightmare if u need adjustments food is ok service terrible I guess owner hires whomever

  This subway over charges i switched to the subway off highway 6 and richmond found out the same meal i was getting here i was being charged 17 dollars never got a receipt and when i switched the same meal cost me 10 bucks on top of that this location never has anything you actually want either they are always low on supplies or they just don't feel like restocking the meats. The little skinny girl that looks like la chilendrina from el chavo del 8 show is rude to almost every customer I see walk in there, she always has an attitude, and when servicing a customer she will walk off mod conversation. I now drive to another location a bit further away just to not have to deal with the bad service and experience

  The staff who work here seem to want to do their best, but they are not fully trained. They don't understand what you're saying. The line stretches all the way to the door and moves very slow. My suggestion is that you improve staff training. Make sure you have people who speak English well.
