The worst of all subways the short white Hispanic lady treat customers like crap this incident was on Wednesday April 1 around 2pm I was ordering food and for a mistake I put my hand on the glass her face transformed into the devil and pushed the glad I was scared of her cutting my hand and also she went to the back all mad didn’t want it to make my sandwich manager in front of her on her phone all the time (big chunky Hispanic guy ) I told the lady pushing my hand like that was assault she make fun of me I want to take this Tia legal court cause she needs to learn a lesson also after all this I was charged for my order after being yelled and assaulted by a subway team member the worst place of all

I stopped there literally a minute ago and I was like damn y’all closing down already. The guy told me that they closing and when I looked it up and said they closed at 10 this is the location of Cullen and South beltway

I work near by and every time I come here for lunch they say “only cash” I am starting to think they employees just don’t want to work

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. I asked for extra onions, and the employee told me she would charge me, like it was an extra cost. But there was actually no charge for onions. Then, when it was time to pay, I only had a $100 bill, and they refused it because the order was too small. I had to walk in the rain to get change, and when I came back, they refused to remake my sandwich. Very poor service.
Tuvé una experiencia muy decepcionante en esta sucursal de Subway. Pedí cebolla extra, y la empleada me dijo que me cobraría, como si fuera un costo adicional, pero en realidad no había un cargo extra por las cebollas. Luego, al pagar, solo tenía un billete de $100, y no lo aceptaron porque la orden era muy pequeña. Tuve que caminar bajo la lluvia para conseguir cambio, y cuando regresé, no quisieron rehacer mi sándwich. Muy mal servicio.
