  We order from here ALOT… like a sad amount honestly and it’s never been good… the same girl there skimps on everything… barely gives us a regular amount of the toppings even when I ask for extra. I’ve never complained and just dealt because it’s the closest to me (literally can walk there if need be). Last night we had enough. We ordered a footlong toasted ham and American cheese with a soda and baked lays. As well as 2 cookies and another footlong all American club with no cheese but extra of pretty much every topping, baked bbq lays and a soda. When we got home my husbands sandwich was not only BARELY toasted but it had a rolled up thin amount of cheese in the back of the sandwich under the meat and barely any mayo… my husband doesn’t get veggies so it wasn’t hard to make… mine wasn’t toasted at all and like I said previously barely any toppings when I asked for extra. She also forgot my baked bbq lays. So I went back to let her know and maybe at the very least add some more cheese to my husbands sandwich and toast it again… as soon as I walked in her demeanor changed to defensive. Went looking for my receipt in the Togo order section and couldn’t find it, I showed her my phone receipt but that wasn’t good enough so she went through her system rudely asked for my name, printed it out and told me I was wrong because the all American asked for no cheese, then when she realized I wasn’t talking about mine she PUT GLOVES ON got my husbands sandwich and started finger through it 🤢 found the sad excuse for cheese and blamed it on the toaster which I then said “it doesn’t even look toasted so how is that possible” which she then rubbed the bread and said “it’s brown here so it was toasted” (after reading another review I assume she put it on the 6” timer for a footlong), so fine I went to tell her about my sandwich but she cut me off to tell me I didn’t order a second bag of chips and I laughed said I did and continued to tell her about my sandwich when she CUT ME OFF mid sentence and pointed to the rack behind me and told me I could grab the chips I was missing and then ended up getting the ones she had behind the counter… I was in shock and just said “so you won’t fix it?” And she replied with “no because it’s correct” and I said “but I’m not happy with it…” and she just smiled… I have autism so this interaction was very frustrating and sent me into an emotional breakdown, my husband ran from our house to the location to actually get her name and she immediately started easing her voice at him because he told the lady ordering before him to make sure she got what she ordered because she misses things a lot and the lady started berating him telling him “I’m not going to remake your sandwich your wife was already in here and I told her they were fine!” And wouldn’t take the lady’s order infront of him so my husband just said “take her order I’ll talk to you after” which when he did talk to her she complained she’s working to much and had 2 customers in store and 2 online orders to do when we got ours and is tired… which okay fine but then own up to your mistakes and just remake the sandwich… we ended up making a formal complaint with the complaint number that came up in Google… idk if the name she gave me was right but she said it was ‘Alecia’ and this isn’t the first issue I’ve seen people have with her and she’s rude to all of them, very defensive and just rude… I hope subways handles their employee before she loses all business for them…

  I had an unusual experience at Subway. I went in at 11:50 a.m. on a Saturday, and the employee told me they weren’t taking orders until noon and that I would need to wait about ten minutes. Since it was so close to noon and there was no clear reason given, I decided to leave and go to another Subway location. There are several nearby, so it only took about two minutes to get there. Unfortunately, that experience wasn’t much better, but I will leave a separate review for that location since it is not the same store.
