  Never got my food after placing a pickup order. I showed the girl the address and time and date and she said I don’t have the receipt I’m not making it. I said what should I do because I told her the order number she said I’m not making it. Another person said they had a pickup but she said the same thing. I said maybe it’s the system messing up because I’ve worked in food before and sometimes that happens and she said no I’m not making the orders. I was charged for the sandwiches but never got it. She told me to cancel it I said it’s not allowing it and she said well I don’t know. Subway doesn’t even have customer service number for me to get a refund. She was just dismissive and rude. Also wearing long acrylic nails which I know from working in the food industry is against health code.

  The dude working tonight is super rude. Its not the 1st time he is rude by the way but its conveniently close for me or I would go somewhere else.

  App doesn't work, single employee has no idea why, single manager has no clue either and only speaks Spanish. Will not return--complete waste of time.

  The food is good and the workers are nice, but I cannot understand why there's only ever just one person scheduled to make sandwiches. It's in a busy strip center, but even during the lunch hour, just one person there to make the sandwiches. It doesn't matter what day of the week. It's probably really good business for the Wingstop next door.

  This evening I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches through the app, one for my husband and one for me. My husband ordered a meatball marinara sub, and it was not right at all. There was no sauce on the sub at all. It doesn’t look like there was any cheese on it either. When we called the store to see if we could bring it back for him to make a new one, the associate stated he would not be making a new one and to contact his manager tomorrow. He said the reason the meatball sub has less sauce is because he had to ration it out for the people after us because he was low on sauce. His sandwich damn near looked dry, just meatballs. When we explained that it is isn’t right for him to have no sauce when that’s what we ordered, he stated he isn’t the manager and he would NOT be making a new one. The customer service my husband received on that phone was terrible.
