  vine 5 veces y las 5 veces la empleada que atiende tiene PESIMA atencion, la he tratado amablemente siempre porque entiendo que es dificil la atencion al publico pero claramente es ella el problema, me vino a corregir la forma de hablar porque soy de otro pais. Una desubicada no vengo nunca mas!!!!!!!

  i walked in and the lady just stared at me. no hello no greeting nothing. when i walked up to tell her my order and she just started at me once again. the couple times she spoke i couldn’t even hear her. smh do better

  Just went here today for lunch. I asked for a flatbread. I was confused when the guy only filled up an edge of the sandwich. After I told him what I wanted, he proceeded to start rolling it like a taco. I asked him what he was doing and he said “this is how it’s done at this location” I told him I wanted my sandwich folded, like a normal sub. He went and grabbed someone from the back, she said the same thing as him “this is how it’s done at this location”. Both were very rude and dismissive. I asked for a flatbread, not a wrap!

  Any one star review about this location is an understatement as to how poorly the staff treats you or your meal, as soon as I walked in I wasn’t greeted or hardly spoken to, my sandwich fell off the paper onto bare countertop multiple times and they made my sandwich with no care at all, I’d leave 0 stars if possible, I can’t speak for the entirety of the staff but the older Hispanic women who worked the morning shift today Friday, February 6th left a terrible impression. I saw another review saying people can have their off days and I agree but the lack of care for anything was unacceptable, the older woman got on her phone as soon as we got to the cashier box and didn’t want to assist at all with getting my subway discount going, I’ll definitely drive the extra mile to the highway 6 location any day of the week, if you want subpar care for your food and zero customer service this is the perfect subway location for you!
