  On my recent visit on March 8, 2026, there was a large sign posted outside advertising “Buy 1 Footlong, Get the 2nd Footlong 50% Off.” Based on this promotion, my two sons and I ordered two footlong sandwiches. However, when we reached checkout, the employee told us the promotion was only for last week and refused to honor it, even though the sign was still clearly displayed outside the store and there is no expiration date on the ad. In addition, the service we received was very disappointing. My two boys were placing the order and politely asking questions about toppings, but the employee repeatedly ignored their questions and appeared intentionally dismissive, which came across as rude and unprofessional. For example, one of my sons asked if he could add one more topping before the sandwich was toasted. He spoke clearly and loudly enough to be heard, but the employee pretended not to hear him and proceeded to place the sandwich into the oven. I had to step in to stop her so the topping could be added. She appeared extremely impatient and dismissive toward the children, which was very uncomfortable to witness as a parent. During this time, two other customers who were waiting behind us ended up leaving the store without ordering, apparently due to the employee’s rude and unwelcoming behavior. This experience was particularly upsetting because it involved poor treatment toward children and misleading advertising to customers. I have attached a photo of the promotion sign that was still displayed at the store during our visit. I hope Subway can address this issue with the franchise owner to prevent similar situations for other customers.

  Not going to lie any time I order online at this subway they get it completely wrong and never toast the sandwich. Very frustrating when you are on lunch break and have a limited time to eat.
