  Gonna have to stop ordering from here and coming here altogether… These people have ZERO concern for how you’d like your order. It always feels like you’re an inconvenience to them when you are there. There’s been 3 (three) separate occasions where I placed an online order and my instructions were ignored. When I brought to their attention in store, I got a very quick and attitude filled response about why it wasn’t done the way I ordered it and they then turned around and went back to what they were doing

  I ordered food from this location and it was horrible how the Subs were made It Wasnt my correct order and was extremely dry barely any toppings literally small amounts of toppings everything was wrong and let’s just say there’s a difference between morning crew and night crew And Not In A Good Way

  Horrible!!! Wasn't feeling well so I decided to have the food delivered they just gave me anything I didn't get my order they gave me what they wanted to give me and by the something I was allergic to this is horrible service I will reach out to corporate about this. This is unacceptable horrible service I have picture !!!

  The worst experience of my life, I walked in and tried to order 5 sanchwiches for my management team as we work in the same plaza at another restaurant and the black gentleman tells me he can only sell me 3. To my surprise I said why and he said this food has to last me all day, it’s 6:10pm when this happens and both his tables were full of food. I said if I get 3 and come back can I do that and he rudely tells me no I’m only making you 3. Now as a manager of a restaurant I would want to sell out as quickly as possible so it makes no sense to not want to make more sales and get rid of product quicker. This was truly jaw dropping and have never in my life have heard that from any good establishment. It’s pure laziness and it’s not like it was busy I was the only one inside and he had a helper that made 2 out of the 3 sandwiches so he didn’t even do anything. The owner of this location needs to seriously reconsider who he has working and managing his location as all of my employees are frequent buyers from there and will no longer give them our business.

  Is there a working phone number for them? I need to get in touch with someone ASAP. This is ridiculous whoever was working Wednesday night at 9:28 threw my sandwich together. There’s more jalapeños on here than anything no lettuce which I asked for. I’ve been calling after the call after the call after the call nobody’s picking up.
