  The person on the intercom for the stalls was snappy and rude. She cut us off while we were ordering many times. She kept saying she couldn’t hear us but no one came outside to take the order. The stalls next to us had the same issues which we could hear her from other stalls saying “I can’t hear you can you repeat that” again and again. Personally I believe the right thing to do as an employee would be to send someone outside to take the orders is the headsets aren’t working properly.

  Definitely won’t be back to this location. Angel took our order and completely messed it up. We said no pickles on the double cheeseburger and got pickles. We said mayo and instead got ketchup. Order a chili cheese tot and completely just didn’t put that in. Once we reordered the tots, they came out soggy. This place used to be good. Not anymore!

  Just went through the drive through at sonic and we were the only ones there. Two customers were parked at the stations to order. No one took our order at the drive through. We said hello ? A man said give me a moment. Which we had. Then never got back to us. We waited. Nothing. We said hello? Honked the horn. Then a round angry man opened the sonic door and glared at us as we gave up and drove away. As we were driving away another car pulled up to the park speaker and someone immediately said how can I take your order? No service

  Hace 1 hora llegué a la tienda por una orden de DoorDash el personal muy grosero no me atiendieron al punto que tuve que entrar y los mismos siguen si atenderme que malo es que pongan a esperar a las personas con necesidades de trabajar cuando el cliente ha pagado su orden también…. No recomiendo esta tienda.

  I have always enjoyed Sonic, especially the breakfast burrito. It is probably the best fast food breakfast burrito there is. The Super Sonic burrito is the one I get. Unfortunately, as good as it is, there service was nonexistent. After waiting approx 2 minutes at the drive thru speaker, someone finally answered and took my order. There was one other car ahead of me. The place wasn't particularly busy, about 5 cars total. The car in front of me drive off as I came up. I sat at the drive thru window for just over 5 minutes. No one ever came to the window, didn't ask for payment, didn't greet me, didn't give me my drink while I waited. Nothing. I could see the employees. They where talking to each other, milling around a bit, didn't seem to be preparing anything. After those 5 to 6 minutes of bring ignored, I drove away. Very disappointed in the nonexistent service, especially since I do enjoy the food, when I get it.
