The wait time for service is terrible—they don't meet the delivery times they promise. It's a shame, because Sonic is excellent.

At this location they were slow to answer the drive thru speaker when they took our order they didn't ring it up right had to redo the order at the window than had to wait another 20 minutes plus if we paid cash it would have to be exact change because they don't give change back we will never go back to this sonic again

Worst Sonic location ever. I’ve given this location a chance on multiple occasions, and every time it’s been horrible. I have no idea how this location stays in business. From flavorless, flat drinks to running out of items (no tator tots- told me to call a 1800 number to ask for a refund since I ordered ahead and paid on through the app). Save your money and go elsewhere

If I could give it a zero star, I would worst sonic ever do not go. I feel the sonic should be close down because every time I go they’re not taking orders today I went. I went through the drive-through. The lady asked the girl young lady asked me if I was there from Uber eats I said no and she said I can’t take your order right now and I said OK. I said maybe drive-through is just for Uber eats then I went to one of the stalls she comes out and she’s like were you just in the drive-through and I said yeah and she’s like I said I can’t take your order right now so you’re not taking orders then what’s the point of you being open? If you can’t take orders right now put a sign that says out of service not working or just close the shop down this is the third time something like this happens at this same sonic. Sonic do better.

Worst experience ever ...1 I ordered online thinking it was gonna be faster nope order said it would be done at 3:50 I didn't leave there till 4:15.
2nd I got there pushed the button someone answered rude I'll be with you in a second wasn't busy at all on the app I pushed what stall I was in and it said Tyler was coming with my order Tyler never showed up after 5 mins the screen that said your order is on the way disappeared and the push the red button to order screen came back on.I got off and went up to the door and someone quickly came out what your order is told them name they said it's coming right out
3rd order came out 10 min after that order wasn't even in full or complete was missing a whole other meal ...
Change of management is what I see is needed here sonic get it together our you will close your doors soon due to lack of service
