  Starting off, you sit at the speaker for five minutes nobody says anything until you say something first not a hay hold on we’re busy just a second nothing you have to yell through the speaker because it looks like somebody ran it over and it has not been fixed and then you pull up to the window and you sit for 15 minutes. You look inside the window and the little girl working there is wearing flip-flops hair down, no hat, no hairnet and she’s running her fingers through her hair hair flying on the floor over the food. The food is fine, but I don’t really want it to come up here?

  The attendant made a shake overflowing so much the lid didn't fit. The shake spilled all over me & the car. Asked for a remake & a damp towel to clean the mess. She handed napkins. Asked for her to wet the napkins, she refused and said " I'm not going to wet napkins, here clean yourself up" meanwhile, shake on my shirt, dripping down the gear shift, console & seat. Great service for a customer oriented business. Every Reaction is based on an Action.... Or inaction. These kids, no respect or ability for basic human kindness especially when it IS their job to perform at a level of decency. Interested in ridiculous looking lashes, nails longer than their fingers, priorities clearly outweigh basic customer service.

  I have had this happen way too many times now. I order my water with sugar free flavors ahead on the app. I pull in the spot for pick up and wait about 10 mins before I have to go through the drive through and tell them I’ve been waiting in the pick up spot. This doesn’t happen at any other location. This is the last time I’ll ever use the space center location. Ridiculous. For WATER!!!

  Pay extra for extra cookie dough and they make it like normal. What a waste! Just sprinkled extra on top but nothing else for 80% of the ice cream.
