I have never had a good experience at this Randall’s location, which sucks because I just moved close by. The pharmacy is consistently difficult to deal with to the point I wouldn’t even go there if I needed as little as a Tylenol. And the customer service is awful at the front, especially with an employee named Michelle who needs to have an attitude check by whoever her supervisor is.

How are they still in business? This place is a ghost-town and I can see why. The produce isn't fresh. Fruit isn't fresh. Bakery goods super eggy and sugary. Nope pour moi!

Went to get some coffee creamers and thought get some chicken as well. Three ladies were there in that section. One of them just served someone and went to the back to join another lady. The third lady just collected the trash and piled 3/4 big bags on a push cart (not shopping cart) to carry the trash bags. She was on her way out to take the trash. She saw me and stopped. She asked me, "Yes, can I help you?" I told her I wanted some chicken. Then, she opened the sliding door to serve me. I was in disbelief and shocked she would do that. I asked her, "You just collected all the trash. Aren't you going to wash your hands?" She said yes and then went to the back where two other ladies were standing there and talking. Did she wash her hands? I can't tell because I couldn't see her hands. All I could see her upper portion. She came back and put on gloves before she served me. I am dumbfounded someone would do that in food section (deli). The worst part is she could speak perfect English because she is from here. AND yet she didn't learn how to handle food or perhaps learned, but won't apply at work. WHY? I'm sure Harris County has food safety department that regulates and requires food license for employees. I felt sorry for her way more than me because where is her sense of pride? Manager/supervisor: If you read this please talk to them nicely and train them if necessary. I still don't understand why didn't she ask the other ladies to serve me! After she served me she rolled the cart full of trash while two other ladies were talking. It's an insult to her, you, and me. There are specific rules and regulations for handling food. I know because I was a restaurant owner in another state. Every county has office that monitors the restaurants and deli. Please address this. The nice thing is she used a bigger bucket and divided the chickens (two types) by a paper. That was very nice of her. Few weeks ago another lady put all the chicken together in a small container and I asked her to use two containers, but she didn't. The US is still a first world country and we have much higher standards than many other countries. Let's maintain that. Let's not ruin our lifestyle and standard. The good part of going to the store is the front end workers are always in good mood and smiling. They always help me when I need.

Start off by saying I shop here a lot, it’s close to my house. Recently bought fresh bakery buns less than an hour ago… Found 10+ fruit flies in the bakery buns, was looking forward to homemade burgers… ate them without the buns. Last time I buy anything from this bakery.
