  We've always shopped at Randalls. My parents have this insurance card to use for groceries. I went today, a couple hours ago and the card didn't go through. I asked the lady to suspend the order so that customer service can help me. But she straight up and said that its "not authorized". Maybe she thought I don't have the money. I went ahead and paid with my own. We've used this before, we spoke to customer service on the insurance. They said Randalls is in their network. She could've just suspended my order and had customer service take care of me.

  Normally a great shopping experience but today? I simply was trying asked Albert, one of the managers about the digital coupon within the store app and he rudely shouted "What about it?". I just said "never mind" and chose not to entertain a fool in his folly. This type of behavior is why customers stop shopping at their favorite stores; While others just shop online through Costco, Sam's , Amazon or simply through the label websites. I'm not there yet...but I will ask Randalls a question: "Should a customer have to beg your employees for respect ,while shopping in your store , spending their hard earned money?? " Maybe someone should remind Albert that "Happy Customers spend money! "

  The black manager goes around giving some people dirty looks which is unprofessional to say the least . Idk how places like this consistently hire the worst people for these manager positions , can’t be a coincidence.

  From Mrs. M Logan: I had to call/ commend manager S.W. 3/15/26. Around 10:30 a.m.The self check lady couldn't do the Signature coffee sale. Argued, showed me Randall's instore sale paper, argued again, "thats the only way to buy Randall's signature coffee sale." She would not delete first scan I did of signature coffee regular price. I previously tried to delete regular coffee price at this self check register. It sent me to check out mode. She said she couldn't void that either. I left that delimna,,, Moved over to the non self checker to get the digital only sale price...again. Being a digital ONLY sale this checker was more polite, relayed also couldn't do sale price. Disappointment for a 50 year customer.. But manager S W. honored the sale. This would help: To provide in-store, paper alternatives for discounts. Randall's also put a cell phone scanner deal on coffee sale products once. Another bother. Mrs M.L.
