  I ordered two (2) pan pizzas tonight (4/10/26) on my way home from work for my grandparents and myself. They were delivered before I got there and upon arrival, I see that these pizzas were in fact hand tossed and not pan. This happened once before, but the customer service when calling was horrendous. I contemplated calling because I felt as though I would experience the same carelessness as last time. I ended up deciding to call to let them know about the error and got connected to Hannah. She was the most patient and kind employee I have ever spoken to at a Pizza Hut. You can tell she is very high energy and high spirited. I let her know about my issue and she immediately took accountability, apologized, and got a manager on the phone right away. She was able yo provide excellent service recovery and keep such a upbeat attitude throughout. I have never had such exemplary assistance at a fast food restaurant. I want to commend Hannah on the amazing job she did.

  W Pizza Hut, I always have good customer service here, the food always comes out as expected, fresh and hot, and they always have promotions going on !

  I was very disappointed... I ordered thin and crispy and it was horrible taste. No flavor at all. It was stale as if they had the dough out for too long. They took too long to come to to the front and take my order. I was the only one inside and they still took 35 mins to give me my food. Service was bad. They didn't offer a menu so I didn't know what options I had and when I asked the cashier looked upset as if I was supposed to know their menu. I ended up throwing my pizza away. I would've come back here. Toy ruined my pizza craving for that day... 👎

  I guess I’m in the late show thinking they still had a buffet. Not since Covid. Strictly a carry out. No water, no ice, no salt & pepper, no fountain drinks. We were the only ones dining in and our pizza was delivered in a to go box. We were asked if we wanted plates. Yes please! I got up and retrieved napkins from near the register. Still, the pizza was fresh and thin crust we love. We were hungry and ate it all - a medium size. Carry out only.

  While door dashing I had an order at Pizza Hut I was patiently waiting for order while standing in front of the counter a girl worker with glasses was literally licking all her fingers has if she was eating something didn’t bother to wash her hands and was touching dipping sauces n grabbing sodas that is just unsanitary
