  Need to hire more people, this bad review is not for the employees because os my first time here, but for pizza hut as a whole, go to a dominoes store they have triple the employees, step it up. 10 people were there, we were there for more than 10 min, with no one even approaching the front desk. I cant imagine the status of the pans they use to cook the food, It took 45 min to get the order

  I’d give zero stars if I could. We ordered two pan crust pizzas (and have the receipt to prove it), but when we got home, they were both regular crust. We were never told they were out of pan crust when we picked them up at the drive-thru. When I called to get it fixed, the manager Joshua was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me they were out of pan dough and basically said "too bad." Absolute worst management I’ve encountered. If you’re out of an ingredient, tell the customer BEFORE they pay, don’t just give them something else and catch an attitude when they call you out on it. Avoid this location!
