  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Pizza Hut tonight. I placed an order at 7:05 PM, and when it arrived, our order was wrong — our cheese sticks were missing and the Cinnabon mini rolls were completely burnt (literally black and inedible). We called at 7:55 PM to have it corrected, and were told it would take 20–25 minutes. Instead, it took an hour and 20 minutes — our replacement order didn’t arrive until 9:15 PM. To make things worse, they messed up the order AGAIN. I tried calling for a refund, but the employee said they were closed and hung up on me — even though their posted hours say they’re open until 11 PM. When I called back, she called me “honey,” repeated they were closed, and told me to call back tomorrow without resolving anything. This was beyond frustrating — poor service, long wait times, incorrect orders twice, and incredibly unprofessional customer service.
