  This was my first time visiting this Pizza Hut since moving to the area, and I had such an awesome experience! The food was great, and Ms. Venessa (General Manager) was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating while I waited for my order, it really made the whole place feel welcoming. I will be ordering from this location again!

  We had our pizza delivered but it was a door dasher!! So the pizza came cold and dry. When we called to get a refund the GM said she would remake it for us. So naturally I decide to pick it up this time, lest another dasher bring me cold food. While at the pizza hut I noticed Vanessa Rivera running the store with such professionalism. All the While drivers, customers and employees all buzzing and working. It was a chaotic environment to say the least . But not to Ms Rivera this was her store, and she seemed comfortable putting out fires and solving problems. All the While striving for customer satisfaction. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with this restaurant. And Im so happy this pizza hut has a GM that ACTUALLY CARES. amazing 👏 work ethic Ms Rivera. You have made a loyal customer. Thank you.

  Ms. Venessa has amazing customer service and was great with helping me get my order correct. I had a side of fries but I could literally count how few there were in the box due to someone else barely packing any. She fixed it with grace and understanding and for that I was grateful! I will keep ordering from this location knowing I am supported here! Keep up the good work everyone, because I know team work makes all the difference!💜

  I would t know how the pizza taste because we ordered a pizza and never got the pizza. Kept calling the number and no one answers the phone and even customer service wouldn’t help. Dam shame that a company this big has to steal customers money. I ordered my pizza at 846 pm and it’s now 1024 pm and no pizza nor is the store answering the phone for me and they are refusing to give me a refund. I will be calling the better business bureau on Monday!!!!

  This Pizza Hut is ridiculous. Vanessa Rivera is very rude. Oh and those good reviews are bought. She asks you to give a good review and she will give you an extra pizza, drink, etc. I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up. He walked in before other customers and she told him to wait while she took the orders of others. He tried to tell her he was picking up and she very rudely said “WAIT”. This is not the first time this has happened. She then proceeds to tell him she is there by herself and he needs to wait but she doesn’t know what he is there for. He tells her he is picking up and gives her my name and she repeats my name 3x’s and says you need to wait all while helping other customers that came in to place orders after him. He tells her he was there before them and his pizza should be ready because it’s pick up. She then tells him he needs to get out if he is not placing an order. He tells her the order was placed online and paid for she then says well you need to wait. She was not trying to hear anything he was saying. She was being extremely rude the entire time. I placed my order at 10:38am and the app said it would be ready by 10:55am. Ok cool, no problem! It would have been only right for her to greet him and ask what can I do for you. Instead of the attitude and racism he was met with. I am a paying customer and Vanessa your rudeness, racism and attitude are not welcome here. I added a review that was removed because they know this lady is rude and racist. Pizza hut needs to either provide her with customer service training or replace her. She never has anyone working probably because of her rudeness and attitude. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! PIZZA HUT DO BETTER. The pizza was disgusting by the way! DON’T REMOVE THIS ONE LIKE YOU DID THE PREVIOUS ONE! THE TRUTH IS THE TRUTH!
