  This location failed to deliver our full order. We called, and they offered to send out the missing item, which we gladly accepted. We then received a message from the third-party driver--not the store itself--that our order was cancelled due to ingredients being unavailable. I understand that online ordering, being run by the national corporation, may not always reflect local availability and may introduce errors. However, the fact that calling the store directly to address an error resulted in being promised a solution that was not available is unacceptable. When I called back a second time due to the cancellation of the promised replacement, the store hung up on me. Edit: We called a third time, this time reaching the national office with a service complaint, and they refused to guarantee a refund for the item we paid for but did not receive

  I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Pizza Hut location. I originally placed a delivery order and even paid extra for cinnamon rolls. After waiting and wondering why nothing was happening, I found out my order had been pushed to DoorDash. It kept getting dropped and never picked up, and after waiting 20–30 minutes with no updates, I had no choice but to drive up there myself. At that point, I should have just canceled my order altogether. When I got there, the place was completely empty, dark, and honestly gave off a bad impression immediately. I picked up my order, and once I got back to my car and actually checked it, I realized they didn’t even give me what I paid for. Instead of cinnamon rolls, they gave me Cinnasticks. On top of that, I found TWO pieces of hair in the box. Completely unacceptable and extremely unsanitary. I immediately walked back in, and instead of any kind of apology, concern, or urgency, both employees were dismissive and acted like it wasn’t their problem. One tried to say they “don’t have straight hair,” and the other said their hair was “wrapped up,” which is completely beside the point. Hair in food is unacceptable, period. At that moment, I ended up just asking for a refund from the start because I no longer felt comfortable eating anything from there. Even when I asked for the refund, I still received no apology, no accountability, no customer service—just blank stares. This entire experience was unprofessional, unsanitary, and a complete waste of time and money. Corporate seriously needs to look into this location, the staff, and their food handling practices. I will absolutely not be returning.

  The manager Sandy, hung up on me. She was very rude and refused to answer my questions. The also yelled at me over the phone.

  Unbelievable. My pizza was BURNT, I did not ask for well done, asked for extra sauce, was given a dry hockey puck. I can’t believe someone thought this would be ok to serve, too late in the night to go back, pizza is inedible and dry!
