  I hadn't had PJ in years but the quality of the ingredients has definitely gone down from when John was still the spokesperson

  I ordered a pizza tonight for my family. The delivery driver was very nice. Once my child ate a slice, I realized it was the wrong order. I called the pizza location right back to let them know. The female pizza associate and manager was very rude. The manager gave me an unapologetic apology & questioned me why I allow my family members to eat a slice. Before I can finish answering her to let her know it was a child mistakes...she put me on hold and then rushes me off by saying your pizza is on its way!!! I appreciate the correct pizza being brought by the nice driver. But I don't appreciate the pizza associate rudeness or the managers attitude when it was a honest mistake. And I was the one who was being respectful the whole time. Point is...Their own Personal feelings must be kept out of providing accurate customer service!
