- CSConrad Sunkiojack1 day ago1.0I purchased a toasted 6inch philly cheese steak sandwich and wasn't impressed at all. The food was prepared with a spare hamburger meat for which I'm not even sure if it was real beef for $8.65 cents at 8420 West sam Houston pkwy. I won't be ordering again. 👎

I called the store to let them know my order was wrong and I would be returning the pizza. Charles told me that his GM made the call to substitute the pizza cause they were out of grilled chicken. I asked why not contact the customer and let them know that? All he could say was his GM made the call. I requested a refund and was told I would have to wait til TOMORROW to speak with the GM. I have a dried up chicken nugget pizza that was not what I ordered and have to wait until tomorrow to resolve it? Do better papa johns! I want my money back!!!

There was little of anything in our bowls, so disappointed and I can see that you guys aren't bother ed by the reviews or you would do better. Door dash was nice but instead of driving into our RV location he walked around until my husband went looking for him.

The pizza was perfectly proportioned. The bone in Honey Chipotle wings were delicious and well coated. The service was quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting pizza. We really appreciate how easy it was to order, and how well made the pizza and wings were. We chose carry out because we were in the area. Service was quick and only took about 15 minutes to make the order. The pizza was thoroughly cooked and stayed warm on our way home. Will definitely be ordering from here again in the near future.
