  I don’t usually leave bad reviews, and I honestly don’t know if this is even worth complaining about, but I ordered from Papa John’s on Bay Area Blvd and El Camino and this is how our pizza arrived. I ordered one XL New York Style pizza, and I was honestly shocked when I opened the box. Yes, we still ate it because whatever I am not an argumentative person at all . that’s not the point. The point is how messy it was when it got here. It’s been a while since I had Papa John’s, and opening this box honestly reminded me why. For the price paid, plus leaving a good tip, I expected much better quality and care with the order. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with orders being messed up, and it’s becoming frustrating. Just disappointed because it shouldn’t be like this.

  I'm sorry, but there's constant issue when ordering from this location. Pizzas missing toppings, wrong toppings altogether, missing dipping cups, pizzas cooked incorrectly, and taking way longer than necessary. The pizza is what you'd expect from Papa Johns, but you HAVE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER before walking away and before the delivery driver leaves because it's more than half the time that something is wrong with my orders to the point that I only do carry out anymore. There's nothing worse than being asked to tip BEFORE the service is rendered and then receiving poor service or an incorrect order with missing items after tipping well

  I’ve been coming to this Papa John’s for maybe two years now. This is the first time where they’re “manager” put their hands on me. Upon coming in, I received the notification that my order was ready, and I did see my three pizzas sitting there, this is an online order that was already paid for. When I walked in, this girl (in photos) was walking around, touching the pizzas with her bare hands, and immediately gave me the DIRTIEST LOOK, she had a backpack on and headphones and was in casual clothes. Mind you, I haven’t said anything, I wasn’t greeted , it was like I wasn’t even there. After waiting 10 minutes, I finally spoke up and KINDLY asked another staff member that I was there for a pick up and she responded with a simple “I’ll be right with you” whatever, no big deal.. Then the “manager” (girl in photo) walked up to me, looks at me, then looks to her hands covered in marinara and back up at me with annoyance and asked for the name on the order. She grabbed a paper towel, wiped her hands and slung my pizza to me, rolled her eyes and walked away. After I first asked who the manager was, and I was lied to, she then stated she was the actual manager, but did not want to give me her name. I brushed it off and went to my car, placed the pizzas down and when I looked up, she was STARING at me, like psycho death stare. I have my child in the car with me and she was scared. That’s where I had enough. I went back in and demanded to talk to an actual manager. She then proceeded to mock me and says “I’m the manager” I asked for her name and she said “you don’t need my name” then the behavior was so bizarre, I whipped my phone out for my safety she walks around the counter and snatches my wrist trying to grab my phone. At this point police are now involved and I will be posting this everywhere. She is unsafe to the community and this was the most craziest unprofessional and UNNECESSARY thing I’ve ever experienced .   The manager at this location is a joke called to tell him my pizza wasn’t cooked still slimey and doughy and he immediately said contact door dash instead of offering to remake it i definitely understand all the bad reviews this location
