  There is not any consistency to the quality received at this particular location. We ordered a couple of months ago and it was fantastic. The pizza was great, it was hot, and it was delivered early. This time was sad. I don't post this to bash them or cause an issue, but the response I received from the manager at the store was just ridiculous. They asked me to take photos of the pizza and email them so I did. We ordered a large New York style The Works. I removed the Canadian bacon and subbed the spicy Italian sausage for regular Italian sausage. There were no olives, at all. There were only a few onions and bell peppers and barely any sausage. And the manager literally said she saw nothing wrong with it. What?!?!? If nothing else, there is for sure something wrong because there is not a single olive on the pizza... anywhere. 🤦🏼‍♀️ They gave us a 30% discount if we order again and and I call in to place the order. Which is fine. We probably won't order again anyway. The thing I just don't understand is how in the world the manager of the store does not see anything wrong with the quality of pizza that was delivered to us. That I just can't grasp. We spent our hard earned money on their pizza to make my life a little easier this evening with dinner and got subpar quality. I won't make that mistake again, especially when there are a lot of other places that have much better quality than this. I was trying to utilize some of my reward points and I used to really like Papa John's.

  I placed an order for a brownie and supposedly they don't have it but refused to give me a different product or refund.

  I came to this location for an after service order right before they were closing. I made a mistake on the order and forgot to make the change, so when I picked up the pizza I asked if you could be remade. There was only one lady working there and not only did she take her time to remake my order with care, she worked all the other orders and even tried to finish orders that were coming in last minute right before closing. What made me want to write this review is that people are not always recognized for the hard work that they do and the sacrifices that they make even if it's a job and I'm so mad I didn't get this lady's name but she did not have to be so kind. I hope that she is recognized and to add that pizza was so fresh it was a great way to start off the year!

  Need to adjust their hours. Came at 1am and said they were closed despite it being a Saturday and the hours said they closed at 2am!

  I guess I’m just disappointed when I walked in. No greeting,nothing from the 2 in front. One had her back turned other was assembling boxes I believe so I sat down. Then another customer walked in and the one with her backed turned went up to counter and asked her if she needed help. Customer had a carry out and employee helped and and then walk away. At that moment though an employee came from back and asked to assist me. I guess it wAs the non greeting opposed to the “being skipped” part. Just saying.
