  Place an order online, which then got canceled by employee. I called the store to ask the store what was the issue. They said that they don’t do any orders after 1245am. even if it’s a minute late, they usually don’t. I would understand if it was a delivery order. I wouldn’t want to deliver an order past 1am. but this was a pick up. It makes no sense. Why stay open till 1 AM if you can’t complete an order but whatever Domino’s would’ve made the order. I guess that’s my fault.

  I had a pizza delivered to me during lunchtime today. It was a pan pizza pepperoni it was decent, but it didn’t quite taste up to what I considered to be Papa Johns standard. The cheese did not. It had a weird flavor to it. It was almost like a pungent flavor so I called the store and let them know that I threw up a little bit and I thought at first it was my medication, but it was really probably just Pizza because my son gagged on his last slice. I called the local store and asked for the manager, and the manager told me that there was nothing he could do because we ate more than one slice of pizza. I’ve been ordering pizza from this location going on 15 years. I’m wondering if I’ll ever order from this location again that’s how upset I am maybe I should give my business to Domino’s and Marco’s and Russo‘s this location really pissed me off. I wrote an email to corporate about it. We’ll see how long it takes for them to respond. the manager was useless, rude and dismissive. If you have a choice, do not go to this location until they get new management. I would like to hear from the district manager in charge as soon as possible or I will continue to write these type of reviews on yelp, and I will write another message to corporate Papa Johns and I am even at a point of sending a certified letter of anger, frustration, and I will continue. I’m even considering going on TikTok and many other platforms to talk about the lack of customer service when hard-working families are just trying to have a fun night at home, but these people were dismissive. These people were rude. These people pissed me off. With all the competition out here to be dismissed to be talked to so rudely by this manager, it’s unacceptable. Great ingredients bette ingredients I think not.

  I ordered a toasted Philly steak sandwich at this location and was very disappointed. Almost no toppings and cheese and over cooked. Basically a hard crunchy bun. Not coming here again after this experience.

  I never got a chance to order any food; the place was not that clean. The customer service here is non-existent. This was my second time (and last) in 2 years going to this location and the experience is the same each time.
