  I ordered two pizzas for delivery to gift to my uncle and his roommate today. I was so happy with the service I got from the store and from the driver, Lettie, who communicated with me throughout the process and was just fantastic all around. I’ll definitely be ordering from the store again. Thank you Lettie for helping me surprise my uncle!

  Employees were very polite and courteous and the pizza was made just as ordered and it was good. Positive experience.

  worst pizza I've ever had. my whole life burnt wheat crust 2-in margin from the of crust from Pizza toppings. I took pictures but I just don't know how to post them. they were so awful. the crust was old. it was wheat. it didn't rise. they didn't leave me put any pepperoni on the pizza no anchovies and when I called to complain they just hung up on me. I've always had Papa John's as my go-to but never again won't get screwed by them

  just picked up our order at 604pm. it was right client, the order on the box sticker was correct, but the reality is that it was the wrong order!! we ordered the works and got pepperoni. didn't bother making contact with the store bc kids already snagged slices before we saw it so half the slices were already touched.this is our first order for the year. disappointing bc they also said they weren't extremely busy bc of the pending freeze. this isn't the first time our order has been wrong - when we've addressed those past wrong orders, nothing was ever done to fix it - no callbacks, no emails, no texts, no apologies. this time since it was already touched, we thought why bother.

  Extremely slow service. No greeting at the door and no one at the window. Just customers waiting in the small area up front.
