  My service was wonderful, the gentleman at the front counter (didn't get his name) he had a piercing on his face, I told him it was my first time and he helped me pick the potato soap and it did not disappoint. I will be back!!!

  Latrice is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond for people every day. She's here and puts a smile on mine and all the other guests face. She is the reason I continue to come back here.

  Our experience: Exceptional Customer Service! This review is long overdue= Please accept my apology. However, the Customer Service is that we experienced some time ago on a very cool evening at this location Is very memorable. The attentiveness, courteous communication coupled with the warm greeting from the Panera staff is deeply appreciated.   The customer service was really the worst, the lady at the counter was judgy and wasn't really interested on taking our order. It was really rude , could be one of the best chains but best if they could provide some good customer service as well.

  I love Panera bread. I normally go to the location on grey street but I was closer to this location today. Paid $20 for 2 bowls of soup (Cheddar Broccoli & Chicken Noodle) and a bread bowl on the side. My Chicken noodle soup bowl was Full of nothing but broth, a few veggies, 2 squares of chicken & NO SOUP NOODES and my Cheddar Broccoli soup was so watery & loose.. No thickness or consistency. Very disappointing seeing that I’m a rewards member and I eat at Panera A LOT, what is so hard about getting soup right? I really would like my $20 back. Disappointing and frustrating!
