  I come here to pick up orders, the older Latin looking gentleman is really rude. He slams the orders I pick up on the counter, those orders are for the customers....Has no conscious of that or just the customer service aspect of it. I dislike coming up here when he is around.

  I usually do take out here but I decided to dine in with a coworker. There was only one person at the register so it took awhile to place an order. Once we headed to get our drinks, the machine has ran out of Pepsi and dr pepper. When I went to check out the teas and lemonade they were not running and looked like it had been sitting there growing mold which was disgusting. I had let one of the workers know about the soda machine but she seemed to not care.

  We decided to eat inside after placing our orders to go because normally the atmosphere is very nice. Or so we thought, once we got our food and sat down to eat it’s where it went downhill. We were met with the kitchen staff talking down on a worker that was apparently making mistakes on the order to go. A Hispanic woman was helping pack up orders/prep them and was talking loudly to a girl saying she is messing up the orders. She didn’t stop there, she kept telling her, clearly unleashing her anger towards her. Which is never right, regardless of what happens, one should be respectful and professional towards others. That didn’t stop there, she kept going at it, but decided to speak in Spanish. Which I understood, and it’s never okay to talk about someone especially in another language that they don’t understand. That was not handled the right way, unleashing in front of customers, made us lose our appetite. Do better, be nice to one another. We are humans, bound to make mistakes. We can grow and learn from each other as a team. Not belittle them. Disappointed.

  Will start with saying I love Panera but today I was deeply disappointed and infuriated by the lady who appeared to be the leader for the shift. When reaching for my order I immediately noticed the way the Spanish lady spoke to the lovely lady who was just trying to do her job with bagging the orders. Not only was she belittling and insulting her but to have to talk about her in Spanish made it worse. Having your leader speak about you in a language where you don’t speak or understand is horrible. It doesn’t matter if she was not understanding how to do her job, people need guidance and respect and having her speak to her the way she did today made me lose my appetite. Can’t imagine what she says or does behind the scenes if that is what she displays for Panera customers to witness, poor worker for having to endure it. Could not stay and continue to hear it anymore and decided to take my food Togo. So disgusted and disappointed.
