  OMG I love this café. It’s officially my go-to coffee spot. I used to go to Starbucks religiously, but once I started coming to Ebar, there was no going back. The experience here is unmatched—the staff is always incredibly kind, and the coffee quality is noticeably better. Even the beans taste richer. No matter who’s working, I always have a great experience. Huge shoutout to Nalia, Steven, Jonathan, Nadia, Jean, and Garrett—my coffee is always made perfectly, whether I’m being picky or keeping it simple. Prices are a little higher, but the quality and service make it worth it. Small café, always clean, and consistently amazing. Highly recommend ☕️✨

  The staff is great. Very friendly and so sweet to my dog. They always are so kind to her and my dog loves her pup cups! My only complaint is whoever is in charge of inventory drops the ball. They are out of the Java powder for Mocha Iced Storms frequently. It has happened to me at least 5 or 6 times. And when this happens it takes several days for it to come in. So I would just request that the person in charge of ordering be more on top of low items so this does not consistently happen.

  I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had yesterday at your Houston location. I have been ordering the Caramel Ice Storm for well over 15 years, so I am very familiar with how the drink should taste and be prepared. What I received was completely different, overly sweet, mostly caramel ice and powder with oat milk, and little to no espresso flavor. In fact, I had to return to the counter and pay additional money for espresso shots just to make the drink drinkable. Additionally, I was surprised by the price increase. I paid over $12 for a drink that was approximately $8 the last time I visited, yet the quality and preparation did not reflect that increase. Six pumps of caramel were used when 2–3 would have been appropriate. Even more concerning was the lack of professionalism behind the counter. While one employee was actively making drinks, others were gathered and talking. At one point, an employee was holding up his pants with one hand while preparing beverages with the other, switching hands without washing them. This was not only unprofessional but also unsanitary. I’m not someone who complains lightly, but this was an all-around poor experience, from product quality to cleanliness and professionalism. This location would benefit greatly from additional training and stronger management oversight.
