A globally known chain, but we were disappointed with our experience in Houston. It doesn’t compare to the locations in Barcelona or Italy. The food was acceptable, but the service was extremely poor. The waitstaff were slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. We had to wait a long time just to place our order, and half of it was forgotten. We even had to pour our own wine. In the end, we complained, and only then did the restaurant manager step in to take care of us.

Came in for my birthday. And wow is all I can say. Andrew went out of his way to make sure I had a top tier experience. I will always remember this particular birthday. It was that special!

Nice place but it's a little crowded so come early to be seated. Food was great. You may need to wait for some food items because of a line. Overall it was a good experience.

Tried Nobu’s brunch after seeing all the hype online, and honestly…it didn’t live up to expectations. The sushi was decent, but nothing special, definitely not what you’d expect from a place with that reputation. I’ve had comparable (if not better) sushi from much more casual spots. I was especially excited to try the meats and matcha waffles, but both were cold, which was a huge letdown and hard to overlook. The service didn’t help the experience either. No one checked on us, and I had to get up myself just to ask for a drink and silverware, which felt pretty surprising for a “high-end” place. The one highlight was the dessert, it was genuinely really good. Overall, it just didn’t justify the price or the hype. I wouldn’t return, especially when there are so many better brunch spots out there. The brunch experience makes me not want to go back for dinner even.

We went for Sunday brunch with a large group to celebrate with our kids, and disappointment is an understatement. If I could give negative stars, I would. From the beginning, the service felt rushed. Our waiter repeatedly pushed us to close out the tab, even though we hadn’t finished and were expecting more guests. Eventually, we gave in and paid. Shortly after, our friends arrived and the kids went to get food. That’s when we were told we would be charged again — $75 per adult and $75 for the older kids — adding up to over $500 more. This was never clearly explained beforehand and felt completely unreasonable. We spoke to the manager hoping for some understanding or at least an apology, but there was none. The lack of professionalism and customer care made the whole experience even worse. Overall, very disappointing experience — not because of the cost, but because of how poorly the situation was handled.
