  NY Grand has been consistently phenomenal since my first visit years ago. The food is excellent, the staff is excellent, an all around great experience. Highly recommend.

  Since criticism bounces off of this owner like flubber, I will re-write my review to be much more specific (previous review was deleted). There were multiple beard hairs in a sausage and olive pizza. I am a former regular who was noticing a lot of inconsistently in quality, so I know the exact face that dropped their beard hair into my pizza. It wasnt dropped on top as they boxed the pie, it was baked into the pizza. Thats nasty on its own, but hasnt happened to me before. However, what does happen often is noticeably undercooked, floppy, rubbery pizza that made me go months without ordering from here in the first place. The owners have a nasty attitude towards slight criticism and their food doesnt back up their ego. I dont see any reason to go back. I can get more consistent food, better customer service, and spend less at better shops

  Food always tastes high quality compared to chain pizza places. Friendly service. Pizza always ready for my takeout order, no waiting. I’ve never sat down inside the restaurant but it’s always clean and smells great.
