At first the person who attended us was not speaking up clearly and giving us a clear explanation about the purchase. The second person that did attended us with a good attitude. The food was good, the macaroni pizza10/10. They have all these games but some were out of service or weren't working. Overall 7/10 experience

However, we were told we had to purchase three buffet meals, even though my wife and I didn’t want to eat. That was frustrating on its own, but things got much worse. After paying, we bought a play card for the games—only to find out that none of them were working. When I went to the front desk, that’s when they finally told us they were having internet issues, which meant the games were down. This was never mentioned before we paid. Instead of offering a refund or any real solution, they told us we would have to wait or come back another day to use the card. That’s completely unacceptable. If your systems aren’t working, you should inform customers before taking their money—not after. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, poor service, and no accountability. I will not be returning.
