  I went to this McDonald’s expecting something quick, but it took way longer than it should have. The wait time was honestly ridiculous for fast food, and it didn’t even seem that busy. What made it worse was the manager, Prudencia. She came off pretty moody and didn’t treat customers in a friendly or respectful way. Instead of helping the situation or speeding things up, her attitude just made the whole experience more frustrating. Overall, between the long wait and the poor customer service, this visit was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless they seriously improve both their speed and how they treat people.

  This place gave me my order wrong multiple times, and when I went to go ask they did not help me.

  The food is decent but everything else a all over the place. The place is not clean, service sometime takes too long, they sometimes refuse refills, and the kiosks haven't printed out receipts in forever. The food was cold when received. Worst of all, recently they've started to call people to the counter to get the food even when people choose the dine in to the table option. People coming tired from a long day of work can't even relax. No straw was received upon leaving the building. There is the one specific white lady that refused to give me a refill because she was going to clean the bathroom. Unacceptable behavior and all her staff have turned into her. I specifically ordered a hot n spicy asked for light lettuce and they gave me extra lettuce.. Please fix this or I will go to corporate. Cold chicken nuggets
