  Pecimo servicio, pedí una orden por la app de McDonald's, llegue y tarde esperando como 15 min y nadie salio, baje a reclamar y tube que esperar otros 10. Lo peor que al darme la orden no dijeron ni un perdón o un le dimos algo por la espera, solo me la entregaron y se voltearon como si me hubieran hecho un favor.

  Submitted my order at 12:13 p.m., still haven't received it in over half an hour. They are disorganized when the place is packed. Plus, they assume they can say anything in other language, but we can understand them saying curse words in the back while waiting for our food, how unprofessional. This makes me wish that bad employees like these should be replaced with A.I.

  The employees don’t check to see if all the food is in the bag, but wants to cap an attitude with me! I paid my money. I really had to catch myself! I bet she kept her mouth closed!

  I am addicted 2 fried chicken so N da a.m. it hits with a biscuit -if you add cheese & honey !

  Don't order curbside! 32 minutes from announcing "I'm here" in the app and the food is still not ready. I went in to find out what was going on. Simple single meal order and all they had ready was the drink.
