  Very disorganized lines long from the drive thru and inside. Everyone waiting for food. Staff very rude 😒 and willing to help customers.

  Not trying to be rude but this has happened so often I have to write a review about it. How can a cookie cutter menu item like the huntrix meal be so easy to mess up? Always getting medium fries instead of the large fries I ordered, they knew it was large because they gave me a large drink. I don't know if they're always in a rush but I would rather wait a few more minutes in order for you guys to get my order correct. It is my mistake for not checking my food order, I should've known better that McDonald's would ever get my order right.

  I am a bit frustrated with how they only take orders from 1 line and leave the other one to wait for over 10 min. 6 other customer oders were taken before mine was in the drive thru.

  This is the closest location near me and every time I’ve been here has been just bad experience and no professionalism. They tried to mix items to make it a 3 piece by giving 2 strips and a chicken nugget , like seriously ?

  I come here frequently and the service is usually really good, but a recent experience when I needed assistance from what appeared to be a female manager, I had been ignored and overlooked. I understand if it's real busy, and sometimes you have to wait. But as someone in a leadership role, the professional thing to do is to say, can you hold on I'll be right with you shortly, and thank you for your patience. But that was not the case, and not my experience. Hopefully there will be improvement, in the service provided in the future.
