  Went back for missing 2 of my hot & spicys and took my receipt . And this so called manager Ann or Anna she didn’t want to give me her info cause she was saying my burgers were their went clearly they were not . I had a big order of 40$ and just those 2 burgers were missing , no refund and no burgers . Yes I did report her and have a case # please remove this disrespectful person from your restaurant she makes this place bad for your restaurant. & yes I have my receipt and she did not care just went on ranting and yelling that she’s the one that checks all the bags and well clearly she steals or keeps your food . Smh . Do better “manager”

  Quick however bathroom had no soap and employees definitely used the bathrooms while we were there

  I've heard several complaints about this location especially in the early morning when people are normally wanting a quick breakfast. Mine literally took 20 minutes. No one answered the drive thru twice because I had to go back around since she initially took the wrong order . Then it took literally 10 minutes (twice) to get my food. No they where not busy only 2 customers. My food was burnt and cold. Horrible way to start the day.

  Worst McDonald's ive encountered so far no sauce for the nuggets I asked for fresh hot fries got lukewarm and soggy fries instead my double cheeseburger had a spoon full of mayo one slice of tomato and a handful of lettuce I like those things but not on a Mc double cheeseburger what happened to the ketchup pickles and onions. And on top of else there was roaches in the restroom sick I won't be coming here again ever

  Terrible service , ordered a frappe when I get to the pickup window the lady asked me with an attitude how am I paying for my things when I had already payed, let her know that and she asked me to move to the side 4 cars pass me by and after 15 min of waiting go inside to where I ask for my money back and complain about the service and I get an attitude for complaining, the manager comes out with a bigger attitude, its not my fault ya can't get an order right and even after all this she dosent want to give me my complete change , I was missing 1 penny and she said they dont do pennies but they took my penny she start saying they gave me extra chamge so I trow the 20 cents on the floor and she yells not to come back, they get mad because they aren't running their workplace like it should.
