  When I go through the drive-through they get something wrong and then when I asked for it, if I can pay it, they say no, especially the manager with the big attitude

  Soy clienta habitual en esta ubicación y ya van varias veces que e tenido problemas con una trabajadora del local siempre es con ella mira a las personas con mala cara cuando su trabajo es atender al cliente y ser lo más servicial posible pero ella siempre trata con mala forma y mala cara a uno porque con los otros dependientes no me pasa es solo con esa muchacha y quiero poner una queja y saber dónde puedo quejarme mejor y personal

  Wow!!! We have never been to a McDonalds with such amazing customer service. We will definitely continue supporting this location. Great work to Omar, we love how you handled the pay station. David your service in the pick up station was phenomenal. To Sara the manager 10/10, to you and your team. See you soon 😁

  We ordered through the mobile app, we confirmed our order through the drive through and then pulled up to get our food. We received a Drink which was not what we ordered. We told them this wasn’t our order and showed them the what we ordered, they give us a completely different meal. They were telling us we had to confirm our order which we already did!!! We had our receipt. They told us to pull up to the drive thru parking spot, someone else also pulled up and got their order before us. When they came, we got the wrong order again. This was unbelievable. I understand it being busy but we got the wrong order 3 times. At that point we went in and the manager was dismissive. Once we got our order, they forgot one of the meals fries. Unbelievable do better.

  Staff is severely untrained, several instances where they have “forgotten” to call my order and spend the time talking to one another and making orders for other people, keep in mind they are making the same meals that i ordered. When i go up and ask about my order , instead of a friendly greeting, the manager gave me attitude and asked me why i had gone up just then if i had been sitting there for so long. I had sat in the booth with clear view of the kitchen for over 20 minutes for a simple mcdouble, they weren’t packed nor rushed as they had maybe a handful of people sitting down eating already. The manager then tried to argue with me and stated that i wasn’t there for over 20 minutes since the receipt of my order she had just printed, stated 9:12. In the receipt that i was originally given, the time stated 8:52.Once they realize that it was a mistake from their end, they didn’t do anything to accommodate and took a bit longer to finally make me my order. The only reason i would come here again is for the convenience of the location, otherwise the staff make it unbearable and the vibe over all is negative. I couldn’t even sit inside to eat it and felt like i had to go to my vehicle to do so. 0/10 experience just like many others
