  Despite having 10+ people working behind the counter, they were incapable of addressing or taking any orders at all in the restaurant. The manager was dismissive of the workers and was incapable monitoring the floor. They only managed the drive through. Someone cut me in line (who seemed to have some mental faculties missing so I didn't take offense), but after taking his order, they ignored me and I spent another 10 minutes waiting. It was 20 minutes before they even took my order. Spent more than 35 minutes standing and waiting. Extremely disappointed.

  We go here often. Management knows us. We usually have a really good experience. The only issue we have almost everytime is when I ask for no salt on my fries(I have to watch my salt intake) which is not that much of a deal. Today was totally different and I am highly disappointed. We ordered 5 Saja Breakfast meals with 4 of the sandwiches special make. This is usual for us and they don't mess up on sandwiches often. Yes I know it's a lot. Of the 4 special sandwiches 2 were wrong. The sticker on the sandwich was right but the sandwich was not made right. It was like they were not paying attention. My son in law and daughter took the sandwiches back. My daughter and I have allergic reactions to spicy stuff. She took one bite of her sandwich and the spicy sauce was on her sandwich. They checked mine and it was on mine also. They took them both back and got them remade AGAIN. My daughter is experiencing an allergic reaction. If I would have bitten into it I would have experienced one that could have been bad. Two mess ups back to back in the same order is unacceptable. Yes they are humans and make mistakes but better care should have been taken when it was remade the second time. I have tried calling that McDonald's at least 3 times and it keeps going to voicemail.

  I don't understand why they don't let us out of the play area at nine o'clock at night. Before nine o'clock at night, if the store closes at 11 o'clock at night, they tell us that they are about to close and that we have to leave.
