    Solo venia por un m&m mcflurry y un derpy mcflurry con mi hijo, ya estando pidiendo se nos antojo también unas hamburguesas y unos nugests me cobraron todo bien, despues de un rato me hablan dándome la comida pero que las bebidas ya no tenían, me dieron a escoger unos frapes de caramelo dije que estaba bien despues de otro rato me hablan diciéndome que ya se les habia acabado el chantillin qué va encima los frases estaban horribles les dije que me devolvieran mi dinero que no queria nada y le hablaron a la gerente, y dijo solo te devolveré lo de los frapes le aclare que no toque la comida ya que esperaba las bebidas pero no me hiso caso me tube que ir a mi casa a comer mi comida

    The drive-thru service is very slow. I asked what the hold-up was, and a young woman named Bra seemed angry. I stopped by another time, and one of her coworkers mentioned to me that she is new; he added that many customers have complained to the manager about her, though I get the impression the manager doesn't care. Today, I placed my order—just a coffee and a biscuit—and trusted the young woman to ring it up correctly, but she only charged me for the coffee. Bra was annoyed and refused to hand me the biscuit; she repeatedly told me, "You have to drive around again to pick up your biscuit," and kept shutting her window. Obviously, I didn't move; I paid for the biscuit in three seconds, yet I still had to wait. This young woman definitely needs more training on how to deal with people—and I don't think I'm the only one who feels that way.

    The employees will straight up ignore you and not let you know to go through the drive thru if you're picking up for doordash. Left me waiting outside in the cold, two employees basically pretended I didn't exist.
