  I went to Mc.Donald’s today and there was hair in my food and the lady showed no care at all about the hair in the food didn’t even ask me if I wanted a refund just assumed that I wanted another one. Will never eat there again nobody wore hair nets.

  Horrible place, always bad service whatsoever, 8 of 10 employees will have no courtesy, so don’t expect much from this place

  Came here today for the new Kpop Demon Hunters meals and both were delicious! I haven’t had McDonald’s breakfast in a hot minute, so it was nice trying it again 👍 I always like using this location because of its proximity to UH, and the service has always been great. The only downside is the time it takes to get food, the longest I’ve waited was about 10 minutes but it was during dinner rush so I expected a bit of a wait. Thank you to the hard working staff at this location, yall are doing amazing work!!! 😊😊

  got the order wrong twice and half the staff gen z that don’t know how to talk to people much less provide decent service. just go to the one on old spanish…

  On Wednesday March 25th at 5:15PM, I decided to grab a bite from my neighborhood McDonalds. As I place my order, my food comes out extremely fast, however, my M Mocha Frappe took awhile. I understand that they were busy, so I decided to see how long it would take for them to give me my item! about 15 minutes in, I realized that my frappe was sitting next to a worker who just misplaced it over there. I ended up asking for it nicely, and received the order. The issue with this order was that it was the mocha frappe really really bad... I tend to get these in the morning since they taste better with the espresso shot. I ended up coming back into the store and a woman at the front desk helped me. I mentioned to her that the espresso shot tasted burnt. *Not in any rude fashion*. She decided to look at me crazy and say that the coffee is bad and it comes in a bag anyways. She then yells at the guy in the front saying that "He said that the coffee tastes burnt, but it is bad anyways" appearing to mock me to her co-workers. From a professional standpoint, and I know everything comes in a box, but SELL YOUR ITEMS. I get it that it's McDonalds, but she needs to work on her edict... I want to emphasize that I have had this item before and it has never been this terrible.... I wasn't upset that she was saying that to her co-workers, I was upset that she did NOT walk me through the process of how the mocha was properly made. I get it, it might have been the machine, but why the hell is she so damn aggressive to customers for no damn reason. The only reason why I say that the coffee tasted burnt is because I am a barista that works in a coffee shop, so I am extremely knowledgeable about espresso shots. Knowing from good coffee and bad coffee goes a long way and has to be carefully crafted. It also could have been a bad shot because of the machine being DIRTY and they are not cleaning it properly. And to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if they did not clean it since I am also experienced with automatic machines. I did apologize to her, but she told me "no, you're good". like.... I'm sorry, what ??? I ended up leaving the restaurant feeling terrible because I felt like I was being "less-than" her, especially after she mocked me in front of everyone. The manager(?) was in the front when this all happened and I am not too sure why he didn't say anything to her. I also mentioned to the manager that I got a double espresso, and asked for it to be a single shot since it obviously might be dirty. The same woman from the front said "He didn't order the extra espresso" and I kindly reminded her that I did and I have a receipt in my hand to kindly show her. She needs to double check with the customer of EXACTLY what the order is rather than mocking a customers issues with their co-workers who are OBVIOUSLY busy. Again, I had no intentions of being rude, but she was on one. Kindness goes a long way. But she appears to not have any of it. I will always be back to this location since it's my neighborhood McDonalds, but at LEAST be NICE... This is the bare-minimum and if you cannot do that, then you need a lot of self-reflection to do.
