  I never really have issues with this McDonalds except it says 24 hours I came at 4:09 am and they said they don’t open for another 10 minutes.Which doesn’t make sense the window even says 24 hours as well as the website.Which when I drove past 1 lady was texting away on her phone and another lady was getting food together.So that confused me.

  If your goal is to be pulled up to the next window or given a stall number to pull into instead of actually being served at the window, then this is your McDonald’s. Even the simplest order like an ice cream cone typically come with a request to pull forward. I’ve completed multiple surveys about this, and clearly, nothing has improved. (They did change the receipt paper at the drive thru window so point for that because it was illegible for MONTHS) The only reliable way to get hot fries is to ask for "no salt", which says a lot about consistency. Meanwhile, the staff are already leaning out and waiting at the window just to instruct you to "pull up" rather than complete orders efficiently. Waiting 10–15 minutes for food that still isn’t hot or fresh is unacceptable and completely defeats the purpose of fast food.

  The only great things were the oreo ice cream and Coke drink. The fries and burger were cold, as usual for McDonalds. I drove thru so not much atmosphere, no customers ahead or behind me. Service was promt but had to request salt several times before l was finally understood. The employee had to go look for the salt.

  DO NOT GO! This location has the worst people working here. Anytime you go through the drive through they make you go park after paying and you have to wait almost 10 min EVERY SINGLE TIME before you get your cold food. They wait till 5 or 6 cars are parked before they bring everyone's food out, at the same time, and it's usually cold after waiting that long. The workers say "if you don't like it go to another location." Do go here unless you want to wait forever and get cold food.

  Worst McDonalds in Katy by far, customer service sucks you always have to pull up even if it’s 1 car in front of you, the food is hit or miss on being hot. Literally every time I come here it’s a long wait makes no sense at all pissess me off
