  Very rude and disgusting. Too many homeless people around which makes the place stink. I arrived today planning to get a sundae a cone and a large fry. They didn't have any sundaes and only cones. So I got 2 cones and a large fry. The man at the register didn't have gloves and touched the filthy register and coins. Then he grabbed our cones with his filthy hands. He put one of them on top of the ice cream machine which was nasty. And grabbed both with his hands handing it to us. My grandma who was with me asked why he didn't wear gloves. He had touched our whole cone with his fingers. He argued that they didn't need gloves and he raised his tone. He was also talking mess about my grandma to other customers which was rude. My grandma confronted him and he yelled at her to go to another McDonald's. I find that very disappointing since that's a grown man. Another customer came in way after us and ordered more than what we ordered and she got her things before us. She ordered a cone and he used a napkin to give her the cone and also came her a lot of ice cream. He forgot that we ordered fries and we waited a long time. Overall this place is not it at all. Don't go.

  Not even open on time. When I called about a refund of my order because they were not open. I hung up. When I called the corporate office I was told all they can do is contact the store. Thank you McDonald's for not help and no food. You have lost what call a valued customer. I will eat else where from now on

  If they had a McDonald's in jail this would be it!!The kid who was running the register was very slow and when he finally started to take my order he commented on how many sugars I wanted in my coffee and I thought that to be disrespectful and when I told him so he threatened to hit me and then wouldn't take my order. He told me to leave!! When I asked to talk to the manager he said I am the manager. That is very bad customer service and just disrespectful to say the least!!

  Beware of placing your order through the app. Apparently, this location is not receiving those orders and will not give you the food even though you have a valid receipt through the app and email. A few minutes later, the manager told me that they had received the order, but I would need to pay AGAIN if I wanted it. I declined. I was told that my first order was refunded. I checked my account and it was not refunded. The staff were clueless. It's McDonald's, so not expecting any kind of customer service, however, they could be trained to better handle these situations. So, be cautious with the app. It's glitching and they make pursuing a refund extremely frustrating. The staff are miserable and it shows. If I had to spend my life working at McDonald's inside of a Walmart, I would probably be bitter too. It's extremely dystopian. Last time ordering at that location.
