I got 2 breakfast deluxe and 2 coffee and the lady who took my order forgot to give me sugar and creamerfor my coffee, maple syrup, ketchup and butter. She was also irritated because I asked her the stuff that she forgot to put in my order. Not coming here again!

- LKLuvenia KingFeb 26, 20261.0Good afternoon I just went inside to order a drink not pressed for time patiently waiting I witnessed people walking around using a phone 1 gentleman taking care of the dining area other employees coming in and out when asked trying as a question it was ignored , had a customer waiting on a order to pick up unfortunately it was all over the place I have waited for 15 minutes for a drink of sweet tea 1 drink I use to be in food service I truly understand how the service goes especially for a lunch rush no excuses no exceptions no matter what....when I got the attention of a lead manager or supervisor I asked if anyone work the front area she recognized what I was waiting for.....that was a give away I literally told her that's ok you have a blessed day and thank you. I have never experienced this but maybe a first time on things but I won't forget it. 15 minutes for a drink of sweet tea....think about it.
